Terms of Use

LAST UPDATED — 26 AUGUST 2026

1. Operator & contact

This website and the products described in these Terms are operated under the brand Synd/cade, Portugal. Contact: [email protected]. By using this website or our software you accept these Terms.

2. What Synd/cade is — and is not

Synd/cade develops and licenses educational trading software: Cypher, a TradingView decoder for market study, analysis, and learning, and a members-only floor where operators publish their configs and trade ideas. Nothing on this website, in our indicators, on our Telegram channels, or in any other Synd/cade output is investment advice, financial advice, a personal recommendation, portfolio management, brokerage, or an offer to buy or sell any asset. We are not a licensed investment firm, broker, exchange, or crypto-asset service provider. We never have access to your exchange account, your TradingView account, or your funds, and we do not create or operate user accounts. You alone make every trading decision, and you alone bear its risks.

3. Purchases

Paid access is sold through our merchant of record, Whop (per the Whop terms shown at checkout), which is the seller of record and your counterparty for payment (card or crypto), invoicing and applicable taxes. The terms shown at checkout govern the purchase transaction; these Terms govern the licence.

Three clearances are sold:

Legacy pricing. A wallet holding at least 2,500 CYOP on Base may take the same clearances at legacy prices ($75 · $59 per month billed $708 once a year · $1,999). The wallet is read once, at checkout, by a signed message only — never a transaction — and is bound from that moment to one callsign; a wallet prices one desk. The binding is permanent unless we release it.

All sales are final. Every clearance is delivered digitally and put to use immediately, so there is no right of withdrawal and no refunds are offered. If a payment is reversed by any means — refund, dispute or chargeback — the term ends at that moment, whatever remained of it, and the TradingView invite is withdrawn.

4. License

Upon confirmed purchase (section 3) — or, for Clearance 01, on the use of a key (section 5) — we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the licensed indicators on your own TradingView account for the applicable term. Access is provisioned as TradingView invite-only script access to the TradingView username you provide in your settings on syndcade.com.

You may not: (a) share, resell, sublicense, or publish the indicators or their underlying logic; (b) grant access to third parties; (c) reverse-engineer or extract the models; (d) use the indicators to provide regulated investment services to others; (e) share or republish any signal live.

Signal sharing. A signal may be shared or discussed publicly only after at least 10 candles of the signal's timeframe have closed following its entry. The indicator's price levels (entries, stops, targets) may never be shared, in any form, at any time. Sharing a live signal — in any form, paid or free — results in immediate and permanent revocation of access to Cypher, without refund. The same rule applies to free-route access.

We may revoke access without refund in case of any other material breach of these Terms.

5. Clearances, keys and the registry

(a) Clearance 01 is free. It comes with an access key and a callsign of your choosing. It lets you read Cypher's signs, calibration and smart-money marks on our own chart at syndcade.com. Clearance 02 and above put the invite-only Cypher script on your own TradingView charts, as a TradingView invite to the username you give us. A term runs from the day it is bought.

(b) Keys. Keys are handed by operators to people they choose, or written by the chain: a wallet holding at least 1,500 CYOP on Base receives one key, once, for that wallet. A key opens one desk. Your access key is your login; keep it. We can re-show it to you in your settings but we cannot recover it from a description of who you are.

(c) The registry. Operators may publish Cypher configs and post trade ideas. What you post is yours; by posting it you grant us the right to display it on syndcade.com and on our Telegram channel, under your callsign, for as long as it stands. A trade idea is a record: it can be edited for five minutes after posting, then only appended to, and it is never deleted — it is closed by its own operator's mark. A nod is one-way and permanent. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or the law.

(d) Changes. We may change prices or discontinue a term prospectively; a term already bought runs to its end at the price paid.

6. Third-party services

The indicators run on TradingView; purchases run through Whop; the chain is read on Base; community features run on Telegram. Each operates under its own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, account decisions, or fees. We take no exchange affiliate commission and are not paid on your trading activity.

7. Intellectual property

All indicators, models, code, branding, and site content remain our property or that of our licensors. No rights are granted beyond the license in section 4.

8. Warranties and liability

The software and all content are provided “as is”, for educational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the software or reliance on any published content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health), and mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.

9. Risk warning

Trading crypto-assets, especially with leverage, carries substantial risk of loss up to the total loss of your capital. Past performance — including every figure on our ledger — is not indicative of future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the version published here with its date applies. Material changes to paid licenses apply only to terms purchased after the change.

11. Governing law and venue

Portuguese law governs. Venue for disputes with non-consumers: the courts of Faro, Portugal. The EU Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in consumer-arbitration proceedings.
