2. The short version

A desk on syndcade.com is a callsign and an access key — no e-mail, no password, no profile. We never have access to your funds, your wallet's keys, or your TradingView account. Payments are handled entirely by our merchant of record (Whop); indicator delivery runs entirely on TradingView; a wallet, where you connect one, is read on Base by a signed message and never a transaction.

Nothing here is sold or used for advertising. Deleting your desk deletes the callsign, key, handle and wallet; trade ideas that have already been posted remain as a record without your callsign.

4. Independent services

The following act as independent controllers under their own policies: Whop (payments, invoicing — card and crypto), TradingView (your TradingView account and charts), the Base network and its public block explorer (your wallet’s public balance), Telegram (messaging and Mini App). Their terms apply when you use them.

5. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies. We load no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party marketing scripts — which is why you see no cookie banner.

6. International transfers

Some providers above process data outside the EU/EEA; transfers rest on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses maintained by those providers.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority — in Portugal the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt). Exercise via [email protected].
